CYGA Fanatics!
This Thanksgiving CYGA cycling+yoga is thankful & offering gratitude for our clients, our health, our bodies, our friends, family and community and for everyone and everything that makes CYGA so unique. Most of all, we are grateful for our amazing community of CYGA fanatics who continue to inspire us each and every day.
We are very thankful to all our CYGA fanatics and seasonal customers, young and "older", type A and super grounded. We strive to have something for everyone to help balance their lives
and bodies, and have a little fun in the moment. You all are so gracious and kind to us and the instructors, putting up with some of our music even if it wasn't your favorite that day and some of our twisted words and thoughts as we cue our ideas. You always have kind words and suggestions. We are very fortunate to know each of you.
So, from the bottom of our hearts we wish you all a wonderful, warm and blessed Thanksgiving. Thank you for sharing your lives, days and time with us. We know you have many options for your fitness and yoga. We love and enjoy your energy and company. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
Happy Thanksgiving Much love and peace...

CYGA is blogging about...
What other group fitness class can blast 500 calories in an hour and simultaneously strengthen and sculpt your entire body, especially your arms and abs? The answer is a new blend of yoga and spinning: Cycling+Yoga. Most gym classes are geared either to fat-blasting aerobics or strength training but very few can claim the benefits of both.
While blitzing hundreds of calories pedaling, a cyclist's posture contributes to muscle tension and imbalance since the spine is constantly flexed forward over the handlebars. In order to achieve overall flexibility and balanced muscle groups -- and to sidestep common injuries -- a biker desperately needs yoga to sculpt the abs, balance upper and lower body muscles and get out all the kinks.
Where?
CYGA!
Cycling and yoga unite in this head-to-toe, athletic workout. Teachers combine 30 minutes of cycling with 30 minutes of Power Yoga (lots of jump backs and Warrior poses) to optimize balance, flexibility and strength.
